Why should I join an Introduction Agency? |
Back to Top |
Society is changing fast and with that has come a marked increase in the number of people not in a relationship. The reasons for this increase in singles are complex and varied but the trend is inexorably toward more and more of us living without a partner and, with humans being social animals, most of us find this very difficult. When a marriage or long term relationship breaks up you can be left feeling stranded and out of your depth when it comes to dating again. There are many other reasons for someone to be single, whether it be due to success in their career, time spent travelling or perhaps just never finding the right person.
There are millions of other people just like you who could benefit from some assistance to find the happiness that comes from the very best relationships. Even though you might have a really good social life, you may not be meeting or attracting the kind of person you wish to meet. If your opportunities for socializing are limited then your chances of finding that someone special are even more limited. It is no coincidence that the number of introduction agencies has also increased alongside the rise in single people out there, with more and more people searching for that special someone. Most introduction agencies (and there are plenty!) will employ staff who, for the most part, can put possible matches together, but in our research we have found that they fall down in two areas :
- They do not have a large enough membership to offer a reasonable selection within a reasonable distance from your home.
With our "Mass Membership" there should always be plenty of others living in your own area and within that you specify how close any matches should live. All of this requires constant professional marketing, with this and our unique price plans we are fast becoming the agency of choice for much of southern england
- A Disproportionate number of one sex to the other
Bearing in mind that our typical Gold or Executive member (from whom we actually make our profits) is a male between the ages of 25 and 55, our service is primarily designed to attract the females that these members would like to meet, and we make no apology for that.
The 'average' male would ideally like to meet a woman some years younger than himself, attractive in looks and personality, but women like this will not pay large fees demanded by introduction agencies, because they know the odds for finding a partner are stacked in their favour.

What kind of person joins UK New Faces? |

Due to our massive membership database our members come from a very diverse range of backgrounds. A teacher could find a motor mechanic, a company director or who knows, you really could meet just about anyone, regardless of their age, race or sexuality, just so long as they are not currently in a relationship.
Many agencies deliberately 'pitch' their marketing at graduates and high income individuals. This is to take what is usually an exorbititant fee and then offer the limited possibility of meeting very similar people. We too can offer this. When you complete the application form you have the opportunity of telling us about the kind of the person you would like to meet and then we will try to match you with your prefect partner, but our research has shown that most people are open minded when it comes to choosing a partner.
If you harbour negitive perceptions about the kind of person who joins an introduction agency we guarantee (at the very least) that you will change your opinion on that once you have met some of our members.

What does UK New Faces give me above 'personal ad' services? |
Back to Top |
The New Faces process is completly different from any other method of finding a partner.
Value For Money
Joining us costs as little as £5.00. Right from the start you know how much you are paying for and what level of service to expect for it.
There are no hidden fees or charges
Newspaper personals are all charged at premium rates. If you place an advert it will be published for one, two or possibly three weeks and once you have retrieved your messages from 'voices' all over the UK you are likely to be left feeling angry, dissapointed and seriously out of pocket. It is generally agreed that these services do not offer good value for money. With most UK New Faces services you are guaranteed to be matched with a partner, see our membership details page for more information.
Safety
New Faces is as safe as we can make it in that we have the full details of every member and no-one can contact you unless you have decided to allow them to. You will have already seen their profile as well, so you will always know who you are dealing with.
After that it is up to you how you make contact. Unless advised to the contrary we normally give female members the choice of how first contact is made. She may want to phone the other member or vice versa. No-one can join over the telephone, all our members are closley vetted and if you have strong concerns about any other member you meet you must contact us immediately. Any complaints will be received in confidence and investigated thoroughly. If necessary we will cancel or suspend membership for gross misconduct, your safety is paramount to us.
This is how we stand out from the traditional personal ad services and are able to offer you a more reliable, competitive service. When you join you will also receive a guide to meeting people as well as a safety Do's and Dont's guide.

Meeting someone through New Faces is as safe as we can make it but you do need to use common sense to protect yourself once you have agreed to meet someone.
Here are some suggestions to help keep you safe when out meeting new people:
- Always meet in a public place where you know there will be other people.
- Make the first meeting a casual drink at a pub or café so you will not be committed into spending too long with that person if you are uneasy in their company or just wish to leave.
- Don’t be afraid to politely bring the meeting to an end, stay in control of the situation.
- Never divulge your address, surname or any other information you are concerned about until you are comfortable in doing so.
- If you can, talk to the person on the phone or via email beforehand to start to get to know them.
A few points to make your first meeting as easy as possible.
- Do not be too judgmental during the early stages of getting to know someone, it is only natural for you both to feel a little anxious and nervous.
- Try to relax and be yourself. As well as meeting a potential partner you are also spending time with another person so enjoy the moment.
- Remember you have a lot in common, not least the search for a new partner. Having read each others' profiles, breaking the ice should not be too much of a problem.
- Your appearance will be the first impression, so always keep this in mind.
- Don’t spend too much time talking about previous partners, it can be very off putting.
- Always be honest, do not say at the end of the meeting you will call if you have no intention of doing so. Don’t lead anyone on.
Above all remember that everybody is simply trying to have a little fun and get to know new people. There are lots of good people out there but it pays to watch out for the odd bad few.
